Saji Kyosuke, a normal high school
guy, always dreaming about girls, but his techniques of picking up
aren't very impressive. Koizumi Akira, a more friendly and social
version of Rei Ayanami, who has a dark and mysterious side, hides a
pure and shy heart from Saji. Fate intervenes, and a chance meeting
away from school one cool night brings them together. Though around
friends Koizumi is a cold hearted person towards Saji. Saji is
desperate and sometimes even wins Koizumi over. Then there's also
Saji's childhood friend Yuki with her enormous jiggly breasts. What
follows is a hilarious and sexy romantic-comedy about a mismatched
couple's constant on/off relationship. Worth taking a look at if you
like your ecchi anime.
Review:
There's a very fine line between hentai and comedy that just keeps
on bending... Guys, the characters in this anime aren't even trying
to be respectable. When a show opens with two young girls flashing
their panties at the screen and saying they're looking for an ecchi
good time, you obviously haven't walked straight into the latest
Miyazaki film. This anime is so god damn funny!! Saji, a young
school guy, I personally think is one of THE most perverted guys of
all time!! All the fanboys better thank whatever god they pray for
because this show is exactly what you are always dreaming about,
even if you're afraid to openly admit it :-p. At least Keisuke is
hilarious to watch (as he somehow manages to avoid being locked up
for being such an ass), and to be fair, the ladies to kick the crap
out of him on a regular basis, which might be an attempt to send a
message home to the viewers... oh wait, he still manages to get
lucky. Never mind then. Koizumi can be bizarrely cruel sometimes,
but she does let him get away with a lot... We've seen all of this
done before, I know. But I don't think I've seen it done quite so
blatantly (outside of pure hentai of course). I mean, those breasts
must have a mind of their own sometimes. Anyhoo, the episodes are
only about five minutes long, apparently a conscious decision to
limit the amount of possible depth. The ending is lacking, though
the stakes weren't terribly high to begin with, so I didn't mind too
much. What else can I say? Iketeru Futari rules, but stay away if
you have no tolerance for complete idiocy... or if you're female. |
